We adhere to strict data minimization. We only collect information necessary to provide the document formatting service:
- Authentication Data: When you sign in using Google Identity Services, we receive basic profile parameters provided by Google OAuth (your public display name, email address, and profile picture avatar). We do not request or store your Google password or access to private Google services.
- User-Created Content: Document titles, text content, formatting settings (font family, font size, line spacing, margins), and page structures that you explicitly save.
- Technical Metrics: Non-personally identifiable server logs (IP address, user-agent string, timestamp) for security rate limiting and infrastructure protection.
3. How Your Data Is Stored & Secured
Your saved documents are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and stored in Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage (backblaze.com) using authenticated API protocols.
Temporary drafting state is cached directly in your local browser's localStorage so your work is preserved even if connectivity is interrupted.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, trade, or rent user personal identification information to any third parties. We utilize the following enterprise infrastructure providers strictly for core functionality:
- Google Identity Services: Authentication provider.
- Backblaze B2: Object storage for user document persistence.
- Cloudflare Pages: Edge computing network, reverse proxy, and CDN caching.
- Google Fonts: Web typography delivery for handwriting font rendering.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data privacy regulations, you have full ownership of your data:
- Right to Erasure: You can delete any saved document directly through the "My Assignments" management drawer. To request complete removal of all associated account records, email ceo.shubhampathak@gmail.com with your registered address.
- Right to Portability: You can export your formatted work at any time via the multi-page PDF download engine.
